Q. How can I book a course with The Training Cabin?

Q. What if I've booked a course and need to alter the date or cancel it?
A. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Please refer to our Ts & Cs for details about cancellations.
Q. Where are The Training Cabin courses run?
A. We use a variety of venues, please contact us to find out where your nearest venue is.
Q. Will The Training Cabin deliver courses to our own venue?
A. If your venue is suitable, we'll come to you.
Q. How is training affected by Covid-19 restrictions?
A. We've installed strategies making our classroom-based training Covid-19 Secure. We've also migrated courses that do not have a practical element to online platforms.
Q. How do I find out about current spaces on The Training Cabin courses?
A. Our availability for courses already running can be found on the 'Training Events' section of our Home page. Make sure you check up-to-date availability with us before making any
Q. How can I pay for my course?
A. The Training Cabin accepts payment via online banking, BACS and debit card.
Q. What's for tea?
A. We can't answer this one, but we can tell you that all of our courses include tea and coffee.
Q. Is lunch included with The Training Cabin courses?
A. All of our classroom based courses include tea and coffee, some full day courses can also include lunch - we're happy to make it fit your requirements as best as possible. Check what's normally included on our 'Prices & Course Details' page and if you've already booked with us check your course booking information.
Please note: Covid-19 restrictions mean that none of our courses include lunch at the moment.
Q. Which level of First Aid training do I need?
A. There are various first aid courses, your specific requirements will depend on whether you need the course for work or personal use. Contact us and we'll happily direct you to the best course for your needs.
Q. Some courses are accredited, what does this mean?
A. Courses which are accredited have been approved by an external professional body.
Accredited courses are also audited externally and quality checked.
But don't worry, training is our business and all of our courses are professionally designed and delivered, just ask for more information if you have specific questions.
Q. What is CPD?
A. CPD is continual professional development. Courses carry the CPD mark will have credit levels allocated to them. CPD courses can be used towards your professional CPD requirements
